Printline provides professional branding, printing, signage fabrication, interior/exterior branding, and corporate gifting services. Specific details about each service are available on our website.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
• Refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason
• Update pricing and service offerings without prior notice

3. Quotes and Orders

3.1 Quotes

All quotes provided by Printline are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be revised if project requirements change.

3.2 Orders

Order confirmation is required before production begins. Once an order is confirmed, changes may incur additional charges or delays.

3.3 Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production:

• Before production begins: Full refund (if applicable)
• During design phase: 50% of service fee
• After production has started: No refund

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% advance payment is required before starting production for orders above ₹10,000.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges and delay project delivery.
• Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable GST and other taxes.

5. Delivery and Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided with each quote. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Customer approval delays
• Changes in project scope
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
• Third-party shipping delays

Delivery is considered complete upon handover to the shipping carrier or customer pickup.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Ownership

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Printline and protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Design Ownership

Upon full payment, the final design files become the property of the client. Printline retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Client Content

You warrant that any content, logos, or materials you provide for printing do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Printline against any claims arising from such content.

7. Quality Assurance

We take pride in our quality. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Review the issue and determine the cause
• Offer corrections or reprints at no additional cost if the error is ours
• Provide partial or full refunds in appropriate cases

We are not responsible for color variations between screen displays and printed materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printline shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service

Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific project in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Printline harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our website or services
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights through content you provide

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use any automated means to extract data from our website
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Engage in any activity that disrupts website functionality

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
